Am citit aici o recenzie la filmul "The Book of Eli" care se vrea un film cu tenta crestina in care filmul este evaluat intr-o nota negativa, criticat pentru multe neconcordante - de genul: de ce taie asta capete si maini ca sa apere biblia, de ce o Biblie care e in Braile e asa subtire, etc -  desi

'Avatar'-A Hollywood blockbuster 100% marketed as an sci-fi action romp. Movie itself contains immense helpings of Howard Zinn style freshman-lefty tropes (Evil Americans, evil corporations, nature worship, noble savage stereotypes, etc.). This is largely masked in most reviews, and the standard line is 'It's just a movie, don't take it too seriously'.

, aici filmul este comentat ca fiind o insulta la adresa crestinismului si aici o recenzie pozitiva, luand in discutie violenta si limbajul lui Washington.
